Ir. Mohd Arsyad was graduated from University Tenaga National UNITEN in 2002 in the field of Electrical & Electronics engineering. In 2020 he pursues his study in Master Electrical Engineering to gain an in-depth knowledge in electrical system (High Voltage & Renewable Energy). He registered as Professional Engineer with Practise Certificate PEPC (Electrical) with BEM and was certified as Electrical Competent Engineer (High Voltage) and Energy Manager by Suruhanjaya Tenaga. He was also granted as Qualified Person QP (Electrical) issue by Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Air Negara.
He is a reliable Professional Engineer with 21 years extensive knowledge in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering encompassing Design, Testing & Commissioning, Supervision, Construction and Project Management in various Construction firms majoring in HV Substation (500kV & 132kV), Rail (33kV & 750VDC), Power Plant (500kV, 11kV, 3.3kV), Airport (11kV & 400V), Infrastructure, High Rise & Commercial Development (11kV & 400V), Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy.
He is a focused and dedicated team player with strong individual drive, sense of responsibility, task ownership and capable of multi-functional tasking with excellent interpersonal, communications, negotiations and reporting skills.

Mohd Nazri
Mohd Nazri is acknowledged of his capability in Project Management and Administration. In his 25 years of experiences, he involved and resolved many construction issues related to authority submission, site issue and project execution especially in the project related to power & utility.
In the past, he was assigned to conduct various project related to Power & utility including PMUs, PPUs, and PEs substation related to TNB. En. Nazri also involved in renewable energy project including Solar, Hydro, and Biogas plant in various location in Malaysia.
Nazri is highly focused and motivated Project Team, able to work both independent and collaboratively in a variety of settings, conditions, and environment. Driven to both succeed and contribute, he able to work with motivate, and mentor diverse teams to complete task on time.

Mohd Rosidi Mohamed
Mohd Rosidi Mohamed, a baccalaureate in Electrical and Electronics from City University, London in 1991, began his engineering career as a grid system-planning engineer at the Development Planning Unit, Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB). In 1995, he was promoted to senior engineer of the same unit.
During his 29 years’ experience as a power system engineer, he was involved in various power system studies and analyses including 500kV system studies, TNB – EGAT HVDC interconnection, Bakun HVDC interconnection, technical study for Sabah privatisation – 20 years grid development review, power quality studies, loss reduction methods and generator parameter measurement and nuclear power plant development study.
He was also involved in the post-mortem studies of the Malaysian national blackout in 1996. His interests include long-term dynamics, reliability and power system economics.

Muhammad Haniff
Muhammad Haniff was graduated in Electrical and Electronic (Power) in 2003. Subsequently, He pursued his study and gained MSc in Power Engineering with Business Studies from University of Strathclyde Scotland in 2004.
Haniff is a experienced technical leader with an impressive portfolio of knowledge in Renewable Energy and Mechanical & Electrical System. Prior to joining Elmec Powertech, he served as the Technical & Site Manager in various organizations including TNB Energy Services Sdn. Bhd.
Entrepreneurial, innovative engineer with extensive practical and academic experience, Haniff is a collaborative communicator focused on building relationships and promoting synergy across business lines. He is enthusiastic individual with superior skills in working in both team-based and independent capabilities, bringing strong work ethic and excellent organizational skills to any setting.
Some of his current and past projects involvements are 132kV North Substation Kulim, Mini Hydro Dungun Basin, Sg Sungkai, Sg. Panis, Sg Tersat, Gilkes, Sg Kagibangan, Kr Isep, and Semendo 1 (Palembang) projects. In Solar system, he involved in numerous installations including Sri Iskandar solar farm, Paka solar farm and a few other sites throughout Malaysia.

Ir. Jaafar Bin Senapi – Professional Engineer
Ir. Jaafar is one of team leader in Civil and Structure department. He has Diploma in civil Engineering (University Technology Malaysia) and Bachelor of Engineering in Civil (University Technology Malaysia). He has more than 30 years of experience in Civil and Structure engineering. He also registered as Professional Engineer with Practicing Certificate (BEM) and Member of the Institution of Engineers Malaysia (MIEM).
Based on his previous experience, he has involved in design and supervision of many high rise buildings, infrastructure works and power supply & utilities projects including Proposed Relocating and Raising of 275kv& 132kv Overhead Transmission Lines at The Suke Elevated Expressway, Design TNB Substation (P.P.U) at Alam Damai Cheras, Relocation of 275kv & 132kv Overhead Transmission Lines At Dash Elevated Expressway Crossing, and proposed 2 storey building for PMU 275 kV (Station Switch Serdang East).
Ir. Jaafar is dedicated and experienced Civil & structure engineer with extensive knowledge of engineering principles, theories, specifications and standards. Bringing leadership, drive with 30 years of experiences, he has proven track record of finishing complex projects under budget and head of schedule.

Mohd Zamri Jaafar; Grid Qualified Person (132kV/275kV/500kV), 33kV Chargeman, Electrical Wireman Nil (Energy Commission)
Mohd Zamri was graduated in Electrical Engineering in 1998 from Federal Technology Institute. Subsequently, He pursued his study and gained MSc in Executive Safety from University of Selangor.
Zamri is practical and versatile with significant experience collaborating with troubleshooting process. He is talented key leader with capability to successfully implement project cost procedures and monitor quality construction. He is also proficient in the methods, principles and application of engineering, design, building and construction.
Some of his current and past projects involvements are Technical Advisor for 132kV North Substation Kulim, Hyundai Engineering Company (T&C HV), T&C Superintendent for Tamco, EPE & Toshiba (TNB Substation), RAPID Petronas (T&C HV Chargeman), Arkema Lychee project (Petrochemicals – 33kV T&C 33kV HV Chargeman), Petronas Penapisan Melaka (T&C HV Chargeman-33kV), ALSTOM Power (Independent Power Producer/IPP Power Plant -275kV)
